Pingi makes every effort to ensure you receive the product you want in good condition.
There is a one year warranty on all our Pingi products provided they are used in accordance with our operational guidelines. A copy of these guidelines are sent out with each 0rder and are available on our website.
If it is determined that the product you ordered arrived faulty or damaged, and it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty or under the consumer guarantees set out in Australian Consumer Law, then we will work with you to organise a solution. This will involve either refunding you or sending you a replacement product.
If you change your mind about your purchase the following steps are required for a refund:
Please let us know within two weeks of the date of the transaction. Notify us via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are to return our products at your own expense in their original packaging. No refunds will apply on returns that have been used or damaged. We should be able to sell the returned products again. On receipt of the returns you will be refunded the amount you paid less the Paypal charges related to the original transaction.
